About Phasm

Phasm is a steganography app that hides secret text messages inside ordinary JPEG photos. It offers two modes: Ghost Mode for stealth (resists forensic detection) and Armor Mode for robustness (survives recompression and cropping).

All processing happens entirely on the user's device—no servers, no accounts, no data collection. Messages are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before embedding. Phasm is available for iOS, Android, and the web.
